This cast-iron griddle opens up a door of possibilities for cooking food on a grill. The griddle has two zones, each with its own functionality. The grooved zone is suitable for cooking e.g. meat, fish and vegetables, while the flat zone is ideal for pancakes, fried eggs, bacon and smaller ingredients. The griddle is also suitable for searing as cast iron reaches high temperatures and ensures an even distribution of heat. Moreover, the integrated drainage hole at the edge of the plate prevents fat from running directly down into the grill and igniting.
