Zuperzozial is now one of our strongest performing brands, and one that is seeing great success with National and Independent retailers alike. Big name retailers such as ASOS
both stock the brand and have taken on a diverse range of the company’s impressive bamboo collection. The brand is picking up substantial traction both in the media and with retailers. Therefore, we wanted to give you - our readers - more detail...
A lot has changed for Zuperzozial since it launched over a decade ago, but the brands core values have never altered or wavered. This is something that we feel needs to be applauded and a reason why the brand is seeing such success from a wide range of stockists. No matter what part of the country you are from - or where you do your shopping. It is clear to all that Zuperzozial cares significantly about the products they produce and the positive effects they are having on the environment.
This April to celebrate our planet and inspire change, Zuperzozial are partnering up with Whole foods for Earth month. Across all of their London stores Whole Foods will be offering promotions and discounts across the Zuperzozial range. From travel mugs to bamboo bowls and lunchboxes, Zuperzozial has everything you need to take part in Earth Month this April and make a positive change to consume less plastic.
What is Earth Month?
Celebrated on April 22nd, Earth day originated in 1970 and has grown into Earth month. It now has over a billion participants around the world. Individuals, businesses, schools and governments commemorate what has been achieved and discuss what remains to be done to protect Earth.
Since its creation 49 years ago, Earth month has truly achieved great feats and has been at the forefront of governments and large organisations changing their practices in order to safeguard our environment. In 1990, Earth Day brought pressure on many governments to take part in the UN Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro. Countries were pressured to tackle such issues as climate change, the growing scarcity of water and the loss of species.
Earth Day has been perhaps most successful at changing behaviour and attitudes, and provoking policy change. This Earth day will be no exception. If you are reading this and wondering how you can get involved, why not try going plastic free for the day? Or the week? Or even the month?! If that sounds too drastic why not make one small change that helps our planet? Whether it’s using a reusable coffee cup, saying no to plastic straws, or taking a reusable shopping bag with you on your next trip to the supermarket.
